EKC group’s manufacturing facilities at a Special Economic Zone of KASEZ in Gujarat was established in the year 2011. This plant manufactures small cylinders (from 1 Liter to 21 Liters), gas cylinders (up to 280 liters), jumbo tubes and tube skids along with cylinders from plate. Total area of this plant is 85,000 sq. mtr. and it has a manufacturing capacity of 600,000 units per annum.

EKC group’s first overseas plant at was established in the year 2004. It is situated in renowned Jabel Ali Free Zone (North) in Dubai. This plant has total area of 21,244 sq. mtr. and manufacturing capacity of 120,000 units per annum.

On the Demand of south east asia market, EKC group established its manufacturing facility in Tianjin, China for manufacturing of jumbo tubes, jumbo skids and Type 1 and Type 2 Cylinders. This plant has total area of 80,000 sq. mtr. and manufacturing capacity as follows –
Type 1 : 240,000 units per annum
Type 2 : 24,000 units per annum
Jumbo : 4,000 units per annum

CP Industries (CPI) was acquired by EKC group in the year 2008. CPI manufactures jumbo tubes and skids as per DOT, ASME and International Standards. CPI also manufacturers full carbon type 4 composite cylinders. Manufacturing facility of CPI comprised of total area of 197,883 sq. mtr. and has manufacturing capacity as follows – Jumbo Tubes : 4,000 per annum Type 4 Composite : 10,000 per annum
