She is a Commerce Graduate and has done her L.L.M. from S.N.D.T. Women’s University’s School of Law. She is a legal professional with an experience of more than 12 years in the field of law with specialization in civil, property, securities market and arbitration laws. She is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She has worked with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSEIL). Currently, she is a Senior Associate with M/s. Jayakar & Partners, Advocates and Solicitors. She is Independent Director of Mysore Petro Chemicals Limited, Calcutta Compressions & Liquefaction Engineering Limited, Next Gen Cylinder Private Limited.
